Christine began a lifelong “love affair with hair” at the young age of 14, taking her first job at a salon, sweeping trimmings and washing hair. Building on her studies and specialized training in some of the country’s most prestigious learning centers for hairstyling, Christine became the proud co-owner of In Style Salon, founded in 1987.
Christine has studied at Vidal Sassoon Academy in California and Canada. She has also trained at Pivot Point in Chicago and Toni & Guy in Boston. Her work has been featured in the trade publication Inspire. Christine’s work can also be seen in the movie A Christmas Story, which was filmed in Cleveland.
Hair design which features precision cuts is Christine’s forte. She creates styles which respect the unique texture of each client’s hair, working carefully to create a style which frames and enhances facial features. Christine is also a master colorist. Her clients soon learn to trust her eye for color and rely on her advice about the transformative possibilities of hair color and highlighting.
Christine continually updates her skills to keep pace with changing fashions in hairstyles and innovative techniques. She uses and recommends the very best leading-edge products to ensure that her clients have success in the day-to-day care and styling of their hair.

My name is Debbie Brandt and I have been cutting hair since I was 12 years old (well, licensed at 19.)
I always knew I had a passion for this industry since every Barbie I owned had to have a new haircut. I have traveled around the United States and Canada pursuing the best education I could receive. Every day is a good day at work when my client leaves my chair feeling great about themselves.
